Bright, sultry, sassy soprano Latino. The Northern capital, where her family moved when Iveta was little, didn’t affect her fiery temperament. She graduated from Saint-Petersburg State University of Culture and Arts, where she studied pop-jazz violin and pop-jazz vocals. She starred in the movies, worked in Lenconcert, and created a rock band, with which she sang her own songs. Her voice is a mix of French cabaret chic, light jazz, charm and sophistication. When Iveta plays the violin, the atmosphere in the room is electrified and sparks fly because of a luxurious tool in the hands of a magnificent actress. By the way, the lyrics for many songs from the repertoire of “Sopranos” are her handiwork. She loves music and life in all its diversity. In people she mostly values kindness and honesty.
